August started off with a closing for a First Time Home Buyer.  She graduated in May with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and closed on her first home yesterday using our 100% LTV Physician Loan.

Yes, the interest rate is often slightly higher than a traditional Conventional mortgage.  However, there is No Monthly Mortgage Insurance with this program.  That helps to offset a slightly higher interest rate.

This is a good recommendation to share. Many recent graduates have limited funds for a down payment.

Exactly, plus these programs can be a little more lenient with student loan debt as well.  That guideline nuance alone can help those recent graduates with high student loan debt.
