Hello Jason - real estate terms, lingo and acronyms can be confusing to those who are unfamiliar with the practice or those who haven't been close to it for a while. The "K.I.S.S" way of sharing information can sometimes be more meaningful.

It might be confusing to some but honestly that is where we come in. I tend to work with people that would appreciate a "complicated" piece of information. 😁
