I've never had excited (fur) hair, maybe just the opposite as my hair has been so unexcited it just plain old fell off in my late 20's and 30's.
The closest I've had to excited hair are the times I've had the "willies" and the hair on the back of my neck felt like it was standing on end.
I've never shied away from taking a listing because of reported paranormal activity but I have had eerie feeling during some of my open houses at them.
Different States have different rules when it comes to haunted houses. In North Dakota paranormal activity need not be disclosed BUT in each case that I represented the Seller (at least 3 times) the Seller was eager to share with potential buyers that there were "unexplainable" incidents in the home.
If you are a new Real Estate agent I recommend that you do not shy away from such an opportunity. I always found the experience exhilarating and fun. Some potential Buyers nearly run from the presence and others are fascinated. Of the three listings I remember they all sold. Take the listing (and a Bible) and enjoy.
The exterior shots for the 1960s sitcom The Munsters were filmed at a house in Waxahachie, Texas, that was an exact replica of the fictional 1313 Mockingbird Lane in the show. The house was originally painted darker and had trees and gates, but was stripped of these after production ended in 1966.
