More Fun With Zoom Photos

More Fun With Zoom Photos

Any time I can learn something new, I’m all in.  Whether it’s something I will use or just for fun.  Thanks to Paddy Deighan MBA JD PhD , many of us are learning more about what we can do with AI…what precautions we need to take, and having fun!

Last week we tried an AI photo with a home and someone looking out of the window.

This week’s zoom project was to generate an ADU in the backyard.

First I tried Google’s Gemini with this prompt… “the backyard of a ranch-style home with a small dwelling in a corner of the backyard”

I then used Bing’s CoPilot using this prompt… “the backyard of a modern one story home with a sidewalk that leads to a small dwelling”

Next, NightCafe “the backyard of a nice modern one-story home with a small one bedroom dwelling in the corner of the yard”

Then I wanted to try a different approach and used this prompt  “looking out from a modern one story home into the backyard where there is a small dwelling in the corner of the lawn”

What I’m enjoying is learning about “prompts” because that is what the computer reads.

I’m not passing these off as photos that I took. I’m learning and I’m having fun.

Give me a real photo any time!!! My harddrive is loaded with my own photos. However there are times when what you need may not be what’s in your gallery, RelayThat, or some of the other Photo Sites.

Good morning, Kathy... you are really into this! Maybe I'll send you some "orders." (Just kidding.) My favorite was the third photo, followed by the second photo.

Good morning Kathy,

Wow you jumped right on this exercise! I was ready to dive in too after the Zoom meeting but "things" got in the way! I like the last photo although I like #1. It is all in the prompts. I love we are learning and having fun at the same time. It is all in the prompts which is something we are all learning is the key to searching for anything!

Dorie Dillard Austin TX I wanted to keep tweaking the prompts on the same platform to see the difference. I may go back and try that.

The photos often look so mystical and that is a cue for me to know that it's not a real life scene that was captured, haha.

Hi Kathy.

The photos look great.  What I liked about this was finding out the AI differences.  I really wanted to make the call yesterday, but I was unable to.

Jeffrey Richman hop on board and see what you create using prompts. It will be fun. I am trying to stick with Gemini (Google) , Co-Pilot (Bing) and Night Cafe but there are many more out there.

This is actually a really good one, since ADU's are starting to (in non HOA neighborhoods) become more of an issue.

Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty I can understand why. HOA's and municipalities need to address this.

Kathy, The images I have seen so far frequently look like a fairytale and that they aren't actual scenes. However, I like your #1 and #4 that seem much more realistic!

Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 I agree which has always been my concern. Since I'm not creating this for business, I'm not worried. I'd have to think twice about using it for a Staging photo, for example, if I were using it in a marketing piece.

Good job Kathy Streib! I read someone else's post about this exercise for an AUD (can't remember whose) but it intrigued me. I struggled because I couldn't get a For Sale Sign in the window or on the front lawn. Here's what I got. And then I got busy with other things. I really like your pictures! They are fun and very creative! Good job!!!

Hi Kathy:

I liked the photos you came up with, or rather the AI sites did based on your prompts. Hopefully over time AI will become more realistic but it's interesting to see what AI creates. I need to play some more and practice with my prompts.
