It is always satisfying to hear how much your client appreciates your services. I received this five star review from a recent buyer client. I tend to split my business about 60/40 with more sellers and listings than buyers, but always enjoy working with buyers.
Often, I work with first time buyer clients or repeat clients wanting to stay in the same school district or area. I like working with first time buyer clients as it allows me to educate them on the process, and to help them get their first home.
The client above who left the review is actually an investor, who was looking for something specific and we found the perfect home. It was a joy working with them as they made quick decisions, and moved quickly. We have since put another property under contract.
I have worked with several investors, sometimes they find the properties themselves at sheriff sales and after remodeling they want to list it for sale. Recognizing the benefits of using a Realtor to market and sell the home. We make sure that all necessary and required paperwork is completed and that a transaction is kept on track both timewise and through to closing, not letting any issues arise that might derail the sale.
Working with buyers is not at all how it is made to seem on TV. We generally tour way more than three homes, and in this market of low inventory and high demand we might write multiple offers before being successful.
That being said, i have been fortunate to have had three deals in the last few weeks where our offers were accepted, one was under the asking price and included inspections, the others were over asking, one with inspections one without due to multiple offers being received.
