Friday Fun Day: after a hectic week how about playing with food?...
Well, I had some idea what to make for dinner but turned-out Diane did not have lunch. She had a hectic day too... hence I improvised on what I was planning on making for dinner.
In fairness to disclosure the rice was made yesterday, and it was intentionally made dry and burnt a bit so I could use the leftovers either in soup or some other manner to make it soft again. I snuck in there a can of black beans to make it more of a Spanish twist.
So, check out the photos, a total creation without any recipe inspiration.
Hope you liked it Diane loved it:) It helped that she was hungry:)) to give you some idea, fresh veggies and some Argentinian Shrimp & some Langostino Tails were in the mix.
