Thanks for sharing John. This is pretty good information. There's so many things buyer's agents do and a good one is worth much more than they're compensated.

Hi John, Buyer's Agents/Brokers have to prove their worth these days to get buyers to sign off on that required Buyer's Agent Agreement.
