Sold 1 acre parcel, LOT 3 QUINCE AVE, EUSTIS, FL 32736

My buyers have been wanting this acre for a long time. They asked me to keep an eye on it when and if came on the market for sale. On May 6, 2024, it came up for sale as a probate listing. I immediately notify my buyers; I prepared a full listing price on the property. They agent said that they had multiple offers, but they would take ours. We had several extensions on closing date with no hiccups. Finally, today, my buyers own the parcel, they are longed-for. I am very happy for them and to the sellers, thank you!
