Good Saturday All...
Today's blog will be a bit shorter as we will be heading out in a few hours to set up our signs as one of the sponsers for St Libory Watermelon Days up in my old stomping grounds.
Tomorrow is our son's 34th Birthday and he is supposed to meet us at the Derby.
I used to drive in the Derby events as a young man and have the battle scars to show for it.
Robyn is going with me and that is unusual as she is not into these things.
Starts in about 4 hours from now so need to get cleaned up soon as it is an hour drive.
Our daughter, Jaime, is basking on the beaches of the Gulf
somewhere around Sarasota, FL. so will miss her brother's Birthday...but that is ok.
She needs her time with her gal pals and will be heading into the last 4 months of becoming a Mom.
Jaime is in the black top in the photo. I guess they are in St. Petersburg, FL.
These 4 have been friends since college days.
