JRLW MEET AND GREET

Learn about Jewish Residents of Leisure World (JRLW) activities, and maybe join the club! Snacks, prizes, friendship and a stand-up comedian. Sponsored by JRLW. Free; registration not required.
MOVIE: ‘A DOG’S PURPOSE’
Sunday, Aug. 18, at 2:30 p.m., Clubhouse II Auditorium
This film follows a devoted dog who discovers the meaning of his own existence through the lives of the humans he loves and reincarnates with over multiple lifetimes. Free, but registration is required at the Lifestyle office in either Clubhouse I or Clubhouse II.

A Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection representative discusses how to identify and avoid falling victim to scams and what to do if you do fall victim to a scammer. Free; registration not required.
SOULFUL CONCERT
Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 6 p.m., Inter-Faith Chapel
World class vocalist Farah Kidwai, with performing and recording experience across the jazz, traditional pop and musical theatre genres, joins jazz pianist and songwriter Oren Levine to perform a mixture of rhythm and blues and jazz selections. HEALTHY LUNCH
