I wrote a blog on October 12, 2007! That's a long time ago. But recently I have thought about it again because I was just reminded of the walk by another person.....Two paragraphs from the blog are below.
Sitting in my office today I saw an agent walk by. She walked with her head held high, her back straight and she was moving on. The term just came to my head. She walked with alacrity. I had to look it up to know what it meant bacause I've always read books and just pass on over words I don't know. The dictionary said, "a cheerful readiness or prompitude - briskness."

So when that agent walked by she came across as knowing exactly where she was going, why she was going there, and what she was going to do when she got there. We all need to follow that example of walking with alacrity. I'm going to practice!
This time it was a political lady and we don't do politics but you may be able to guess!!
