New Construction Homes for Sale!

Good morning Joseph. As a sales & marketing manager of many new home developments, we used to hold regular special invites to educate agents. The results were amazing. Knowledgeable agents sold many homes. Enjoy your day. 

I wish the resident agent would step aside when I have clients with me...especially the lender--wearing a sweat shirt with the bank name on it.  I have sold some new homes but I lost the last one over financing that was offered by the bank and financing offered by the new home builder...fight in the middle of a muddy street is no way to sell anything but trouble.
