Thank you!
Kat Palmiotti,
I love how you have embraced the fun. Your talent is fantastic, and you are far from looking like a beginner.
Good morning Margaret,
Love the photos you created and it is fun to learn a new skill set! Will it help sell real estate? I just listed a home in my community and they had been reading my posts and loved I was innovative and kept up with things. They asked me more about it. Great conversation and something new to talk about rather than beating the NAR Suit to death! Oh and yes they are offering the buyer agent compensation!

Dorie Dillard Austin TX With so much attention on the doom and gloom surrounding the lawsuit, these exercises demonstrate our strength as we move forward.
Thank you, Margaret, for your engaging post about embracing new technologies like AI in real estate! I appreciate your perspective on blending learning with blogging—it's a fantastic reminder to stay curious and evolve in our industry!

Lew Corcoran,
We're always learning. Combined with blogging, it's a great reminder to stay curious.
Hi Margaret,
You can go down a rabbit hole in just about anything, but there are so many with real estate that it might take days

Jeffrey Richman,
Maybe going down the rabbit hole is a good destination getaway!
One can get very much involved and immersed with the AI sites but all things in moderation, or so I'm told.
Having as many AI calls has been helpful and at the very least we have gotten our toes wet by dipping them into the AI pool.

Ed Silva, 203-206-0754 I like your perspective: ..." We have gotten our toes wet by dipping them into the AI pool."
In 1981 when I was first licensed, the MLS was a book published once a week and left at our office door on Saturday mornings. I could not have imagined how soon computers would take over. I still have memories of the ole "dial up" sound. Before the pandemic, few even knew what a Zoom session was. But, here we are, we're now getting up to speed on AI generated images and video. I can only imagine what the next few years will bring. I once worked at a software development company. We wrote billing software for telecom companies, like AT&T, Direct TV, Comcast, etc. We contemplated a day we'd need do that for teleportation billing.

Carol Williams,
Your travels and passion for learning are inspiring. I love following along on your adventures.
Margaret I had fun playing with it again last week. Created a couple of rabbit hole pics but haven't had a spare moment to write a post. Look forward to having some fun with it soon, maybe even today.

I spent 16+ years working on Wall Street - most of that time in a Trainer or Training Manager role. I designed courses, I designed global Learning & Professional Development infrastructure for a portion of a firm or even in one case - the entire firm. There were elements I loved, but it was so unstable with too many decisions outside of my control- so I changed careers and became an agent. As an agent- only the clients are my boss...and if a client isn't a good fit- I don't have to work with them. That said- I am still very much the educator. I enjoy learning and I enjoy teaching. This is at the core of so many of my posts as well as my podcast.

I would love to see you at a Tuesday Zoom meeting! What would you be willing to teach us?
Young new agents will use Ai to do many of the things agents once did. Ai can help price a home and save buyers time in finding a home

Have you used AI to price a home? How accurate was it and would you be willing to share it with us?
Lewis Carroll first used this phrase in his book about Alice, which is not exactly a kids book as we find out many years later. Getting lost is how that phrase is used recently. Learning is always good.

The simple photo of the two birds was the most difficult to achieve.
well done, Margaret! I love to learn! Looks like you've been doing a lot of that lately and you've done it well.

WOW! What a great job you did, Margaret! Like Carol Williams, I've been trying to master the prompt but, haven't written my post yet. Love the conversation on this post and I'm loving that members are embracing the education around AI. There's more to it than I ever thought there was!
Thanks for sharing your masterful artwork, Margaret.

We are so lucky to have you leading the discussion each week. What fun we all have, sharing, caring, and learning. And the prompts are constantly changing. I love the surprise of how AI interprets. Sometimes, it misses completely; other times, it is spot on. Sometimes, it leads to other suggestions, and the learning continues!
