I absolutely love it when fellow bloggers give me that spark of inspiration. Yesterday, I found myself grinning while reading a post by Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400 titled Going Down The Real Estate Rabbit Hole. Now, we've all heard the phrase "going down the rabbit hole," but Margaret gave it a real estate twist that had me nodding along.
Her take? It's all about diving into new technology and seamlessly weaving it into our blogging lives. Because let's be real, who doesn’t want to be seen as the cool, tech-savvy agent who knows what’s what? Learning new skills keeps us sharp, makes us look like we’re on top of our game, and lets our clients know we’re not just keeping up with the times, we're leading the pack!
Now, you might be wondering, "But will this tech-savviness really help me sell a house?" Funny you should ask! Just last week, I was on a listing appointment in my neighborhood, and guess what? The clients had been reading my blog posts on my website (you do post your posts on your websites, right?), yes, the ones where I’m all about embracing innovation and playing with AI. They loved that I’m not afraid to try new things and, more importantly, that I didn’t spend our entire conversation droning on about the NAR lawsuit and new forms.
Long story short, I walked out with the listing, and yes, they’re offering the buyer agent compensation.
Just saying... a little AI wizardry can boost your credibility and make you the go-to innovative resource. So, who’s afraid of a little rabbit hole adventure? Not this agent!
