Patricia Feager and I are excited to announce AR's September blog challenge. Share your Creativity and Storytelling. Featuring you telling your story in 53 Words. As a blogger and an agent or business owner story telling is probably a part of who you are. You use stories to educate, to persuade clients to take action, and to attract customers to purchase your clients’ homes. But most likely, we use a lot more than 53 words, the challenge here is find the nugget that tells the story without distraction.
53 Word Story Rules. 53 words. No more. No less. Hyphenated words count as one and the title does not count.

How to Participate:
Write a Blog Post: Write your 53 Words Story. If you are not an agent or business owner, write a creative and fun 53 Words Story about yourself. In at least 300 words, tell us how you did it and whether you found it easy or hard. Share your tips and advice. Keep it engaging, informative and authentic. Share what you really want to tell us.
Submit Your Entry: Add your blog post entry into the Groups ActiveRain Challenge: AND in the comments below by midnight PST September 30, 2024.
Points for recognition: One entry per member will be awarded 1,500 points during the month of October. That doesn’t mean that if you have more than one story inside you, you can’t share more than one entry (though no bonus points for additional posts)!!
Add a Feature Photo: You must use one Feature Photo. You may add however many photos you want using your own photographs or AI Creative Image, using whatever you choose.
