HOMETOWN HEROES (HTH) IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The Hometown Heroes (HTH) Program launched on July 1, 2024, has now exhausted funding. Thank you for making HTH a successful program and, more importantly, for assisting so many first-time buyers realize their goal of home ownership.
WHEN WILL FALLOUT FUNDS BE AVAILABLE?
All loans originated in HTH 2024 must be purchased by Lakeview no later than November 15, 2024. Any loans not purchased in by November 15,2024, will be cancelled. No exceptions. We will allow one extension on funds already reserved. The loan must be Underwriter certified with 60 days to avoid auto-cancellation. If you cannot meet this timeline, cancel the loan so others may use those funds.
Funds from any cancelled loans will be offered to Lenders over the next couple of weeks. We will be closely monitoring fallout and will notify Lenders when we will be opening the system up to reserve any of these funds so stay tuned!
When we offer fallout in the next few weeks, the following will apply:
Funds will be offered on a first come, first served basis. We do not retain a “wait list” and every Lender will be afforded the same opportunity to reserve this funding.
Extensions will NOT be given on any loans reserved from fallout. No exceptions. Loans will need to satisfy the 60-day reservation to purchase timeline, or they will be cancelled. If you cannot close, deliver, and have loan purchased in the initial 60-day lock, DO NOT RESERVE FUNDS. We have other programs that you may utilize.
