REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) is a tool provided by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for real estate professionals. It’s a comprehensive database that offers detailed property information, market trends, and analytics to help REALTORS® make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to their clients.

As a longtime user of Cloud CMA and InfoSparks, I initially didn’t see the need for RPR. However, after becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) this year, I discovered that the RPR training provided during my certification was loaded with invaluable tips and tricks!

When you first open RPR, you’re greeted with a colorful MLS map that displays properties matching your pre-set criteria. Since my focus is on residential properties only, my listing criteria and zip codes are set accordingly.

RPR offers several key features:

• Property Criteria Customization: You can set up criteria to include or exclude distressed properties, rentals, commercial properties, open houses, land for sale, and occupancy types.

• Current and Previous Listings: Quickly access and view your current and past listings.

• Market Trends: View and share up-to-date market trends.

• Map Search: Search for properties in specific neighborhoods or developments using a detailed map.

• School Searches: Provide lists of all schools available within a zip code.

• Neighborhood Searches: Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values in specific neighborhoods.

• Custom Reports: Create Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, and seller net sheets.

• Buyer and Seller Prospecting: Tools to help you prospect for potential buyers or sellers.
