I know...I know...After 100 days in a row blogging on AR...my blogging thoughts dried up!
Kind of like that last brownie that was left uncovered on your kitchen counter for too many days...(but you ate it anyway didn't you!!)
Or that beautiful plant that did not make it .... because of lack of water. (You have done this at least once...admit it!)
Or maybe those grapes you forgot about in the crisper and when you pulled them out they looked like raisins. (You ate one...I know you did!)
And here you are reading this blog wondering where the heck have I been and what the heck am I writing about today?
I needed to step away for a day which turned into a week!
And then...almost like clockwork...I received a
text last night at 7:20 pm CDT stating that they were waiting and hoping all is well.
I am talking about a specific person and that person would be .... any guesses?
Yep...some of you were right...got a text last night wondering if I was still alive or maybe fell off the planet. (it didn't say that but that is what it meant I think 🤣)
Just remember...I am half Irish. An Irishman is Never drunk as long as he can hold onto one blade of grass and not fall of the face of the earth!
So for the lady from Houston...no names mentioned but her initials are KS...yes I am still alive and glad you checked in on me.
No guarantees when the next blog will be but maybe it will have something useful in it other than to say it rained again today and we needed this one because the Crops are in the final stages of maturity and need a couple more drinks before harvest.
SO...although I cannot guarantee when my next blog will be...for those of you who only check my blogs on Sunday through Thursdays... BYE BYE SO LONG... FAREWELL.... SEE YOU IN SEPTEMBER...
For you Friday and Saturday folks...who knows...maybe I can squeeze one out tomorrow or Saturday!! I will push hard.
