Today's "field trip" was very helpful in seeing the town, the location, and understand how the buildings will fit on the land. Our friend Roy and his team will not only keep MOST of the items out of the landfill, but there is tax break associated, and this will save thousands for this development. I met our friend Roy through another developer a couple years back via another realtor!
