Electroculture Gardening ~ Before & After

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Beam & Branch Realty TREC #547752

Earlier in the summer, I wrote a post on Electroculture Gardening. It was an experiment that I wanted to test. The results have been overwhelming! My garden has gone nuts! Every bed I placed a rod and copper wire have grown to the max! And, I have noticed that the plants are more vibrant, disease-resistant, and bug resistant.

Here is a before and after picture:

AFTER

Same bed, different angle. And, check out the amount of basil! Wow!

Can't say I've heard of this method, something to check into as I head into retirement and gardening will be a bigger thing on my agenda.

That is a whopping amount of basil, Paula.  I can imagine putting some of it in a blender with olive oil and pinenuts, and having great pesto.

Yes, Pesto is on my list as well. I have some neighbors coming over to help.

Hi Paula- that's amazing!!!  I'm curious...did you have another area planted where you grew the plants without the electroculture as a control group??  This looks very interesting.

Hi Kathy. I did do a control using some of my potted plants and some without. There is a marked difference and improved growth on the pots with the stakes and copper wire.

Wowzer!
Did you do a small control plot without the rod and copper to compare the results? It would be interesting to see the difference.

Yes, I did a control with my plants in pots. Big difference. I'll do a post on that soon.

That definitely looks like it was a complete success, such an abundance, you could probably have your own farmer's market, haha.

Hello Dr. Paula McDonald - Dare I say, Holy Basil!

My friends in Florida are starting to grow in what they call a Vegepod.  I doubt the rod with copper wire would work with that.  I will let them know.

Amazing RESULTS.  You tested it an now know it to work. Well Done!
