WAMU _Help!!!!!

WANTED:

Any suggestions, tricks, advice, etc. on handling WAMU?  My negotiator and I have handled ASC, Countrywide, etc..  but WAMU is the most frustrating of all!  I don't think they care at all.  It looks like they don't have any qualified people with authority at all in their foreclosure department.  PLEEASEE!  I really want to help my clients modify or extend or get their short sales approved.
