STOP THE INSANITY

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

Hey realtors, time to cooperate with each other. Please call back with feedback, email, call or leave a message. You want that when you have a lisitng so that you could inform your sellers what you and the buyers are thinking. It will help with our stubborn sellers to maybe reduce the price, remove the junk from the garage, take down the pink Flamingos and we might actually make some sales & COMMMISSIONS!

Great blogging with you...

Easy way to do this is by setting your sellers up with weekly updates (if they have email) and then follow up with a short phone call on Mondays. This way they don't feel abandoned and they stay on top of market happenings at the same time. Some sellers might actually call you and ask to reduce the price based on the weekly information you send them. Two for the price of one! I love it!

I think Miriam is asking for some professional courtesy from her fellow Realtors. You can't give your sellers feedback if the Realtors that are showing your listings won't call you back and give you feedback or respond to your email requests. If sellers hear honest feedback, they will be more likely to address pricing and condition issues.
