But cash offer came in yesterday. The Sunday contract that came in was a excellent offer but then Realtor called yesterday morning and said her people need to cancel the contract. Lucky I also had a cash offer that we received also on Sunday but one clients wanted the more money one.
I called that cash offer agent and explain to him what happen and he called his agent and not back on the market and his client jumped at it.
Some time this happens and works out.
