Good morning Larry and Sheila. Once upon a time that dining room would not be a favorite. These days it is, absent the glass table because of my grandkids. We have those dining room chairs just not the bench. Enjoy your day.

That is a most impressive looking home and quite the purchase for a first-time buyer.

I recall my first 7 figure sale, and when I gave the commission check to the office administrative aid, she looked at it and said, Wow, that is the price of a new car.
