There is a LOT of confusion regarding the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Exhibits in the Georgia Association of REALTORS Contract Package Revision in 7/1/24. There is a NEW paragraph that the BUYER'S Agent is supposed to inform the SELLER of the Seller's obligations to inform the Buyer of Lead Paint Hazards. WHAT!?!?!? Isn't that the Seller's Agent's Responsibility? Watch the video for clarification & click on link below for suggestion of Notice. As always, check with your own Broker prior to using any form in a contract.
