Hi Mark- so true. It's not enough to be in a classroom or Zoom presentation...we have to listen and learn and do something with it.

Hello Mark - learning never needs to end.  And isn't that the real definition of continuing education?  

Yes Mark, being a student is simple; true learning takes real effort!

When I learn something new, I usually have to put it into practice before I learn it well enough to be competent, haha.

For sure, Mark... no easy buttons in real life... don't you wish there were at least sometimes?

Understanding what is said rather than just hearing it...so important!
