What is frittata? Our answer to the question “what’s for breakfast?” Similar to an omelet, only baked and better, this mix is simple to prepare and will feed the entire family. It’s also totally customizable so feel free to add your favorite vegetables or breakfast meats from the fridge. Or don’t, it’s delicious and healthy as is!

Good morning, Roy... I'll have to check this out... and at $5.99 it's an excellent price... eggs are back up to just under $4.00/dozen.

Good morning Roy,

Thank you for the recommendation. It's always fun to see what others are finding quick, delicious and healthy. I'm now buying several things from Trader Joes due to your recommendations.

Good morning Roy. Between you and Richard Weeks this is a day of great recipes. Have breakfast and dinner covered. Only other decision is what leftovers to eat the next day for lunch. Thanks! Enjoy your day.
