Give Me A Beat, A Keyboard To Blog On

Give me a beat, a keyboard to blog on.

Do you find the rhythm of blog post writing is helped along with the right keyboard? Not you? You are in the camp that thinks keyboards are all pretty much the same?

keyboard for real estate blogging

Just on the hunt for the cheapest keyboard, one that works?

Maybe you are a hit or miss blogger so whatever came with the desktop computer or using the laptop built in keyboard is fine and dandy. Then my friend, this blog post is not for you.

Thank you kindly for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day.

Maybe you voice activate speech to text dictate your real estate blog posts.

Using software to turn the words into type when you have the extra inspiration. Some argue their best blog posts or video storyboard ideas are worked out while under the flow of water in the morning shower.

If you live online, and can type out a blue blaze stream of copy without just using a pair of thumbs or two index fingers.

If you are a real estate agent that blogs, writes fresh narrative copy for lots of property listings and to showcase your local community. Then the right keyboard can be a major help instead of a thorn in your side for writing enjoyment. Less fatigue and just good old higher productivity make the tast enjoyable.

What will it be for YOU... not your neighbor, not a gamer. Just a garden variety real estate blogger creating wordage.

Colorful, larger print keyboard with or without the numbers to speed dial in the figures like a CPA at tax time?

blogging keyboardBack when COVID hit and it was setting up shop in remote cozy corners, your blogging post keyboard came under added pressure.

Eating while zooming, posting and lunch at your desk did not help your keyboard function. (Turning upside down to remove the crumbs).

Comfort, support, ease of use, dependability out in the field.

Piano musicians that live on the road setting up, tearing down night after night know the value of the right keyboard. The best feel creates the perfect vibe for the audience.

Reducing wrist strain, ease of use keyboards styled with just the right ergonomics for you all helps the flow of words.

The feet that the keyboard sits on can all impact the user experience.

Steady she goes or something loose as a goose sliding, rocking, an irritation?

Is the keyboard wireless with no cord to mess with and how is the response from the key strikes? Not all keyboards are the same. It costs more to get more. It does not matter if you are a black belt ninja typist or hunt and peck slow poke.

Making less mistakes, the right fit for your fingers, anything to support not detract from the sheer typing production process.

Do you use hot keys, media keys? Do you need short cut functions? My video editing high powered desk top keyboard died. So I zipped to Wally World to buy a replacement Steel Series keyboard.

Ever since, I stumble, have to back track to correct here and there.

At first, thought, old age is setting in young man. But now realizing the keyboard is the bottle neck. The response of the keys with the new one lacks much the old one provided effortless before RIP.

best real estate computer keyboard

There are many kinds, some much cheaper to produce but you need more keyboard if you live online like an active real estate agent.

QWERTY early typewriters put the alphabet letters where they did to avoid the most common ones jamming. Worked super back in the 1930's. Now lots of other different keyboard letter order formats exist.

Drill down into pros and cons of changing up the keyboard letter / number order that affect the sport of typewriting.

So which one to buy? Depends on you and it's not just the amount of money only to consider. Here's one of the best computer keyboard reviews I found online to help narrow done the selection for your next keyboard.

This computer keyboard video helps showcase all the kinds too and what to consider when going eenie meenie miney moe for a replacement one.

Ever thought about your tactile feel of your keyboard?

How clicky, linear, tactile is your keyboard response? Never really gave it much thought but once you lose the right touch, get used to a certain response keyboard, you will miss it.

Like to hear a response sound like a hammer hitting a nail and knowing it is seated correctly?

Same pressure response all the way down on the key or want a lighter touch to really fly over the keys?

Please share how you like the keyboard you currently use or what needs to change, what you miss from an earlier one that wore out. Santa is always open ears for suggestions from good little blogging boys and girls.

custom keyboards for computer blogging

How much pressure is needed varies a lot on keyboards.

More on the types of computer keyboard switches, how the keys respond mechanically. Do you use a left or right handed keyboard? Just have limited space saving number of keys or the whole nine yards 93 keys or above full stretch?

Wouldn't it be nice to have showroom where one by one you could sit down and give each a whirl?

What are you missing in keyboard comfort and productivity? Each function on a physical keyboard is like a saddle for your finger tips. A digital keyboard does not offer that kind of comfortable fit.

A cold, flat, glass wall to tap dance with your fingers is hard to warm up to blogging any serious amount of information.

best keyboard for real estate computer

It all starts, makes a difference cranking out 2000 word blog posts. On top of all the other tasks a busy real estate agent has to perform day and night round the clock using the same real estate computer keyboard.

Besides cranking out real estate blogs and writing property listing copy, video and photo editing come into play with the same versatile keyboard.

Not just filling in the blank spaces on listing and purchase and sale agreement software programs. Thank you for sticking around to the very end of this real estate blog post read. Follow the discussion on ActiveRain Q&A to glean more.

Looking forward to your responses from personal computer keyboard pros and cons experience to help decide which one to purchase next for a replacement!

Typing was the best class bar none taken way back in high school Bill Salvatore - East Valley. But whether you can type two or a zillion words a minute, the ease, comfort to avoid early fatigue just means a more positive work station. So hoping to glean from others what they use and why for solid input from folks you and I know and trust.

Hi Andrew- your post has me thinking!!!  I have a Lenovo Thinkpad and don't have any issues except one. I took piano for over 10 years and I can be a fairly fast typist. However, although I've worked on IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad for years, this particular one may be laid out differently. I find myself somehow hitting a key using my right pinky finger that will erase everything I've written.

So many different styles and responses for just the right applications and hand size. I played piano for over 10 years too. You know how each keyboard is so different; the keys respond in their own Steinway unique way Kathy Streib.

Thank you for stopping by and hope comments will share helpful suggestions on personal experiences with many different keyboards to consider.

Hello Andrew - I am quite grateful for taking a typing class in the eighth grade.  Basics matter.  Foundations can make differences.  Essentials too.

Wow, that first keyboard certainly looks interesting.  Is the curve supposed to make it easier to type?

See the V and yes, I guess the ergonomics make the design better fit certain size paws Brian England. You can angle your wrist and arms and like playing the piano, what is the most fluid and enjoyable for you. Not every other Tom Dick and Harry, but good old Brian.

For many it might just be when buying a keyboard, whatever comes with the Dell, Lenovo, whatever brand is fine and dandy. For some it is just cheap, wireless, full function and keeps on ticking. Good enough.

If you were a programmer, cranking out code, copy and pasting and using a thumb wheel, needing a volume knob and larger arrows in a different spot, etc.

What if you only type with your index fingers. What if some languages seem to work easier with a different keyboard format than QWERTY? Remember old manual typewriters and frequently used letters would jam?

Are you left handle, right handed and is the keyboard, the mouse, the work flow effected by factoring for all kinds of individual preferences?

I'm just trying to get feedback on what an AR blogger uses now and how much they like this one over the old one. This is the Workman keyboard layout might work better for anyone programming, a blogging journalist or someone trying to ease the typing strain.

How interesting! To be honest, I have never (and I mean NEVER) thought of using a different keyboard. I don't have any issues with the one I have but it's good to know there are options.

If you had one you likes, bought a replacement that you did not, you would be looking into the why Kat Palmiotti . Like cameras, software, anything used as a real estate tool, there are differences in computer keyboards for sure. The keyboard you use now... what is it and part of desktop purchase?

Good morning, Andrew. I like the idea of a showroom for all the options. That being said, I've used a Logitech keyboard and mouse for more years than I can count. And I like that my key board lights up when I use... great when light is poor.

We like what works and is familiar. Sometimes new is no better but other times it is a trade off. To produce more, with less fatigue and the touch, angle, response all just fit you.. maybe not everyone, but you. Logitech makes a lot of keyboards... you can find all kinds of pros and cons before you buy online Nina Hollander, Broker.

Thank you Debra Leisek. Comfort, ease of use when you spend considerable time on a keyboard. If what you plunk on is causing wrist pain or not an ideal fit for you, change it up. In the work place, in life, it's lots of small subtle things that add or take away from the experience.

I too never thought about all the different types of keyboards. Thankfully my HP Laptop works well. Maybe because my hands are small, I don't find any issues with this keyboard.
