My Market Area

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty 8431215

I grew up in Hamilton Twp., NJ and lived there for 30+ years.

In 1993, my wife and I moved to Burlington Twp., NJ,  which is exactly 15 miles away.  Hamilton and Burlington are the only 2 towns I have ever lived in.

My strongest markets are obviously from Hamilton to Burlington, and every town in between, including Bordentown Twp.,   Bordentown City,  Florence Twp., and often-forgotten Fieldsboro.  Springfield and Mansfield are also seconds away.

I have sold homes in every town in Mercer County,  and all of Northern Burlington, and to do my best while representing my clients, prefer to work the markets I have mentioned.

In most cases, traveling and hour or more to "chase a commission" is not in either one of our best interests,   and we are both better off with me finding a great local agent to that market for you.  An agent who knows that market better than me.

As a full time , one job Realtor, I would be happy to help you, family, or friends.

Hello Michael - I have been to New Jersey but my familiarity with the state is limited.  Your lifetime residency underscores the local knowledge that can be quite useful to those looking to make a move.

Good morning Michael,

Not many can say they have loved in the same area their whole life. My daughter is close to being able to say that. She was born in Beeville TX and we moved to Austin when she was 11. She too knows the area like the back of her hand. Local knowledge is so important! Good post shouting out your expertise!

Chasing a commission an hour away (in an area you are not expert in) is not in the seller or buyers best interest. The only thing I see wrong with your area is that the majority of households are Phillies fans.

Hi Michael,
Who has more market knowledge than you do about Mercer County? No-one!

Michael Elliott that is a very wise practice on your part.  Unfortunately there are Agents/Realtors who will chase the commission and deprive their Buyers/Sellers of the best representation available to them.
