Good morning Rodney. Look no further than Washington DC for the accuracy of that statement. Easy to say, hard to do! It takes common sense. Enjoy your day.

Hello Rodney - Dave Ramsey's approach to better financial well-being is good, maybe even wise.

I really like the approach that Dave Ramsey offers to gain control of our finances. Unfortunately due to the inflation most Americans find their budgets are stretched to the max and they are accumulating credit card debt like never before! When you are paying 25% more for food, clothing, entertainment, gas and add in double home insurance premiums, car insurance premiums and utilities increasing everywhere its hard for families to get ahead. Wages have not kept up and now we are seeing layoffs (which no one likes to talk about). But our government just keep printing money and shuffling money around accounts to pay Peter from Paul!

At least inflation seems to now be more under control than in the last couple of years. That is the downside to record low interest rates. As a result, we are now seeing the Fed lower their benchmark rate. Those reductions should help with affordability. After a few years of posting record profits, we are now seeing many retailers and some restaurants lower prices in response to consumer pushback.
Insurance has been an issue on it's own. Those premiums have been on the rise for several years now. The more claims, the higher the premiums rise.
Rodney Mason, VP of Mtg Lending I took the Dave Ramsey coarse several years ago, and I had my two sons take it as well a few years later. It is well worth the time to take it.
