Taco Tuesday takes on special meaning today! In the Phoenix area, we do love our tacos! If you're up for Taco Tuesday, make sure to ask if they are observing National Taco Day. They may be offering discounts, specials or a special celebration.

Taco Tuesdays here span the gammut from small spots to larger chains. Today, Tocaya is advertising $2 tacos! Their food is yummy and that restaurant is from California! Maybe you've seen a local location? They have a list of organic ingredients, which is very popular here.

Well this is our kind of day! Taco Day any day that ends in Y. And oh yes, I've got the taco serving pieces to bring in a lot of taco lovers. And we both know that line is a long one here in Phoenix! I'll see if I can find some photos of some of the taco parties over the years.....so much fun!

Happy National Taco day to you! I love beef tacos in a corn shell with cheese, tomatoes, onions, avocado and throw that avocado on with pica di guio sauce!! Don't forget some sour cream!
