This is a sought after neighborhood, high and dry from flooding. This was before Hurricane Helene and the entire neighborhood remained dry and intact once the storm had passed.
There were, of course, minor branches down but the neighborhood had secured any loose items so nothing was flying through the air to do any damage. With the street clean up that already took place, you'd never know there was any type of storm there.
We have already had the home inspection and the appraisal. The only request from the buyer was that any holes in the walls be filled in prior to the sellers leaving for their new home (which they purchased from me a little over a month ago).
