Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison, Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 42 homes, up from 31 active listings at the beginning of last month. Thirty seven are pre-owned and 5 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 17 single family homes (ranging in price from $379,900 to $4,950,000)
  • 10 condos ($195,000 to $574,000)Oaks North, Addison TX
  • 15 townhomes ($475,000 to $880,000)
