Hello Debra - the description of the cabin for sale with rustic charm and modern sustainability caught my attention.  Combinations of many things are worthy of a pause.  Sometimes it's an Alaskan sunset, other times - things more meaningful.

Good morning Debra.  Your photo is gorgeous and a great one for this time of year.  I can't believe the prices there.  We have a couple of different friends who have places there, one full time in Homer and the other one has a property on an island, but I am not sure where.  There are some great prices for larger acreage.  I'm going to have to share with them and see if they are looking for any additional land.  Have a beautiful and blessed week!
