We haven't found it confusing at all.  It's just requesting a form vs. looking in the MLS.  However it is a little more time consuming.

That's great to hear!  In Metro Atlanta, we have a lot of agents trying to use BOTH the Pre-Showing COmpensation Agreement AND the Broker Compensation Exhibit - you don't need BOTH.

Definitely more communication between agents is now required!
