The 6 Faces of Blue Ridge
Before you pick up and move to Blue Ridge, there are a few things you must know. Did you know there's more to Fannin County than Blue Ridge? One thing we have found is that many visitors and buyers refer to our area as a whole as "Blue Ridge," but Fannin County actually consists of Blue Ridge, Epworth, McCaysville, Mineral Bluff, Morganton and Suches. The beautiful city of Blue Ridge offers a thriving downtown full of restaurants, shops and entertainment and is the home of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, but the other cities are still within a quick drive to Blue Ridge making them a great location to consider, as well. Our beautiful town is the ultimate destination just 90 miles North of Atlanta on the Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina state line.
1) Blue Ridge
While many know Blue Ridge for its downtown, there is much more to "30513." Parts of Blue Ridge offer lake frontage on Lake Blue Ridge, others are on the banks of the Toccoa River (both above the dam and below the dam), and Blue Ridge even extends throughout the Aska Adventure Area where you'll find water recreation, as well as hiking and biking trails galore. When thinking of Blue Ridge, you can't forget to mention Mercier Orchards located just out of downtown on Highway 5.

2) Epworth
Nestled just North of downtown Blue Ridge and close to the Tennessee line, Epworth, Georgia, sits at an elevation of 1,706 fee and offers and abundance of homes with spectacular views from mountains to creekfront. Fightingtown Creek meanders through this part of the county and leads you into McCaysville. Most of Epworth is an easy drive to both Blue Ridge and McCaysville for dining, entertainment, and all your daily needs.

3) McCaysville
McCaysville, along with its twin city, Copperhill, Tennessee, has been recently revitalized and some of the latest additions include the Riverwalk Shops, Twisted Tomato, Burra Burra on the River, and Tooneys. The state line divides this town in half, and the Toccoa River transitions to the Ocoee River as it crosses into Tennessee right in the middle of town. This is also the destination of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway - when you visit, you can't forget to take a selfie on the line in two states at once!

4) Mineral Bluff
On the Northeast side of Blue Ridge, you'll find the city of Mineral Bluff on Highway 60. While the town may be non-descript, the views are amazing. The Toccoa River flows from the dam in Blue Ridge through Mineral Bluff making its way into McCaysville. Mineral Bluff features many riverfront properties, mountain top properties with panoramic views for miles, and its even home of Old Toccoa Farms for the golf-lover in your life.

5) Morganton
