Trader Joe's Grand Opening in South Pasadena

Research has shown that any home within a 1 mile radius of a Trader Joe's store is worth up to 10% more than a similar home which is not in proximity to Trader Joe's. That means some properties here in South Pasadena just became more valuable! Hopefully that means more business for South Pasadena's best realtor!

Trader Joe's opened a NEW store in South Pasadena today! Here is a video of the Grand Opening of the NEW Trader Joe's located at the corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Monterey in South Pasadena. Founded in 1967 in Pasadena, CA - Trader Joe's is known for an amazing selection of healthy and cost effective foods. Plus they have been conscious of the environment and reducing packaging waste and food waste. A few years ago they switched to all cage-free eggs as well - so thinking about the source of their foods. My son and I got to the new Trader Joe's parking lot in South Pasadena about 7:30 am on Monday October 21, 2024 to witness all the excitement of the store opening. There was the "Trader Joe's All Star Band" made up of all Trader Joe's employees and great giveaways and free products. The store was absolutely packed! The line stretched all the way down Monterey Road from the front door. There was a ribbon cutting and a really great vibe. I hope you enjoy the video!
