The Wedding

On Saturday October 19th 2024 I gave my Daughters hand in marriage to Jonathan Kelly. This post consists of pictures of a few of the people involved. The were married in an incredible church building (Grace WELS) in Milwaukee and I will have a second post showing the building of Grace. This first picture needs no introduction.

The picture above was taken at our hotel the day before. The hotel was Home2 by Hilton. It was/is located next to the airport and I highly recommend it.

The Bridesmaids. The Maid of Honor was Maureen (wine colored dress). Maureen and Jewel (dark blue dress) are WI friends she made while attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. The girls on each end are life long friends from Minot ND.

The Shoe Game (much like "The Newlywed Game). BTW, that empty pitcher was not mine. I was well behaved and did not drink even though the drinks were free. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. I will have a second post soon showing the beautiful structure of this church.

I love weddings in the fall; the colors are so intense.  Your presentation was through the father's eyes and told the story only you could tell.  Congratulations on the addition to the family.

As I've said before Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist I've done very few things right BUT the way I raised my kids (starting by giving them a loving mother) I've done good.

Still, I well up with joy and get choked up when I look at her and Timmothy and all they have done. Tina did good in picking a husband (Jonathan) and I believe they will start a blessed family the world will be proud of.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - I enjoyed looking at your daughter's wedding pictures. And you look so handsome and proud of your daughter too. I really liked your daughter and son-in-law's photo of their first dance too. I could feel the love, just by his expression and how he looked dancing with your beautiful daughter. I believe Jonathan's look is very sincere too Patricia Feager, ABR,CRS,GRI,MRP . They seem to be a perfect match. Jonathans family is rich in Christian theology with his dad and uncles all being pastors. His two older sisters married pastors and one of them is who introduced them to each other. She (Jonathan's sister) called Jonathan in Omaha (where he serves in the Air Force) and told him he had to meet this girl. He drove up to meet Tina (in the church they later married in) and he said he immeadiately knew she was the woman he was to marry.
