WHAT'S YOUR HURRY? (creating quality time out)

By

What is the hurry about anything you are doing? Is your life one big game show with a clock ticking giving you so many seconds to respond or you will miss out on the Grand prize? Relax and consider the following: Slow down and assess what is actually going on by being aware, listening, and attuned to the moment.

SELF IMPOSED DEADLINES

Watch this carefully. Putting more stress on yourself besides what was intended or needed can make you ill before your time. Worry, being in a hurry, anxious, antsy & overextending makes for a fast & false life. Don't feed the conflict within

LOOKING for ANSWERS

Being conflicted within the self, causes one to answer with conflict which gives the feeling that you are doing something when in fact, you are not. THINK: spinning your wheels. Sounds & feels like you moving while your just dug in.

ANSWERS are LOOKING for YOU

We forget that we are natural receivers & observers via creation. It is part of our make-up as humans. We also doubt effectively that we must be willful about the getting when the system is trying to give us exactly what we need/want. Faith rules this subject. Without the belief that it is all there, we become aggressive

FRENZY UNLEASHED

When everyone starts to panic, it becomes catchy. The belief that more is better makes the rounds when in fact, pausing gives the answer. Don't lose your head! Find it sitting on top of your shoulders instead. It's that simple. Watch out for this

SINKING in YOUR THINKING

At one deceptive point, we think our thoughts/thinking can help. Ask yourself this; If that was true, why didn't it do it without me asking? Maybe it tried to speak, but you were not calm (open) to receive it. So, you turn up the thinking & enter into the world describes as follows

ANALYSIS PARALYSIS

You are bombarded with thoughts leaving YOU to sort it all out but where to start, who knows. One idea looks as good as the other as does the other & your not knowing causes you to think into exhaustion. For relief, we choose anything!

RELAX A LITTLE BIT...will you?

Relax, & what we do best can be done which is to make a good decision via a choice. Use this little reminder as it may help fine tune your results and allow you less regrets...First off, STOP...just time out. Take in what you are seeing, feeling and hearing. Be clear and comfortable with it. Not doubting will help. Ask questions and let it all trickle onto your tongue for a moment & then taste it.

TAKE IT IN

Second, LOOK at what is being offered and said. Observe that there is more going on than what is being introduced. By not being anxious, more is revealed for our consideration. Lastly, CHOOSE the way that makes sense to you. Be confident about it. If you are not sure, go back to the Look mode and study the situation until you are. Be reachable & teachable

I'M IN THE GAME

If done correctly, there will be a confidence about you regardless of the outcome. Your best is at work and what more can someone offer up but their best? As a bonus, you get to practice being hands on with this PAUSE system and that makes you more effective as a player...

READY SET GO!

Go where? You are already in the game also known as the game of life. Regarding quantity, NO ONE can add another hair on their head or an extra moment in life. Ah, that leaves quality, something we may skip over too fast.

YOU WIN GOING IN

Stop...Look and then Choose.....and there is less risk of a lose when you do

Hello Richie - while not necessarily as easy as it may seem, pausing for a moment can add perspective.
