I've had this conversation many times lately with other agents. Many of them don't seem to get it. They still ask "What is the commission on this?", and I can't have a conversation about broker compensation any more other than tell them whether or not the seller is possibly open to it. And then they get all pissy with me, but I'm sorry I just need to follow the new rules.
