Beware of the Sam & Ella Trap
Granted, many home buyers play around a little with an amount, when it comes to making an offer. Some behave like culinary chefs throwing up offers like a tossed, Caesar salad. That can waste too much energy, resources and valuable time, much like food turning rancid on a refrigerator shelf.
Toxic attitudes have no place in real estate, especially when Sam & Ella become unrealistic. If clients are not willing to listen to market reality, positive results are not forthcoming. Patience can be a virtue, but sometimes it feels like waiting for a pot of water to boil on a cold stove, without heat.
Mother Nature knows that cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 160-165°F will prevent salmonella food poisoning. She's purely no-nonsense and wouldn't eat a week old fish taco, neither would I! So, get clients engaged with the local market to achieve their goals, one happy meal at a time.
