Weekly Housing Trends September 26, 2024

On October 31, 2024, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending October 26, 2024.

Total available listings jumped 27.6% for the week ending October 26, 2024, from the same period of time in October of 2023.

Time on the market increased 8 days for the week ending October 26, 2024, from the same period of time in October of 2023.

Median listing prices decreased 1.1% for the week ending October 26, 2024, from the same period of time in October of 2023.

New listing in the market lower 0.7% for the week ending October 26, 2024,  from the same period of time in October of 2023.
