Looming Foreclosure Crisis? Or Just Market Noise?

Hello Joe.  Without even going to your video going to agree that it is taking figures out of context and foreclosure tsunami not a concern at this time.  m 

I certainly hope we aren't headed for a foreclosure cycle.  It has always been a thin line between supply and demand.  As long as demand is high, and supply is lagging, I can't foresee too much of a foreclosure risk.
