I voted, did you? If not tell us why not... One of the most important civic duty each American Citizen has is to VOTE! Not only is it our duty but it is our privilege.

Good morning Endre. I voted by mail and my wife did not get that choice so she voted early in person. Since it was so easy, I will be voting in person on the future. It was not that easy in downtown Chicago. Enjoy your day.

Endre Barath, Jr. I have a friend who is a US citizen, who now lives back in Hungary, who always seemed proud that she never voted. Whenever she'd complain about anything I'd look her in the eye and nicely tell her to shut up and not say a word until she started to vote.

Michael Elliott  so sorry to read your comment, here you could have filled out an absentee ballot and dropped it off at the voting station or if you have a smart phone you could scan in the QR code and vote standing in line..... Endre

Historically in all the years I have voted, there have only been 2 times when I voted early. The first was about 10 years ago when I had to attend a conference and the second time was this year. I am glad I did this time as our voting place had a power outage right before the polls opened. Power was out for 3 hours.

As I said somewhere here in the Rain, we vote in person on election day.  Surprisingly the line at 10 am was short and the process was easy - there were probably so many people who voted early by mail that the lines were pretty empty.   I talked with someone this week who is a full blown adult who has only voted twice in his/her life - I have never missed a presidential election since I was able to vote.  I can't imagine not voting.....

Hi Endre Barath, Jr. I know this post is a bit late yet I did proudly vote early! The line was an hour and a half long. Could not believe it. Many people on line to the front and back of me were all from different countries. I kindly spoke with them and not about politics.
