The answer is very interesting:   This week the median list price for Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is $9,195,000 with the market action index hovering around 25. This is less than last month's market action index of 27. Inventory has decreased to 197 (according to Altos Research)

The Market Action Index has been trending lower for the past few weeks while prices have remained relatively stable. If inventory continues to grow relative to current demand, I will anticipate seeing a downward pressure on pricing.

Needless to say, depending how interest rates will be in the next few weeks that can have an impact on the activity as well.
