Who Raised These Kids?  I’ll Tell You. 

These are two wonderful stories!  I only  had 5 kids come - so I could have shared lots of candy!

Children are great imitators, so give them something great to imitate.

Kathy, You're right. It's the countless hardworking individuals who prioritize parenting and invest time and care into shaping their children's futures!

What wonderful examples of how parents raise their kids "right." And while these days we often ask that question of who raised them, it's also clear that many kids are raised right these days... I see it all the time.

Hello Kathy - I "find" such examples are Good & Plenty in the sweetest sort of way.   And they can be noticed year-round.  

There are too many "talking heads" in the world these days who spew lies and get people to follow.  I am hoping that with the new administration coming into office, some of that will change.

Thank you Kathy Streib for highlighting some very good stories for a change. We have really good parents out their raising kids and we never hear about these kinds of things and we should! These were wonderful example of how big kids hearts can be when raised with loving parents.

Kids are born with golden hearts. Adults often tarnish those hearts over time.

Those are both heartwarming and reassuring stories. Children raised right for sure.

Very touching story about the kids leaving candy.... as to egging and TP-ing  went out of style in the past four years, when eggs cost $6-$12 a dozen and Toilet paper cost $3-$5 a roll....Endre

Kathy I am amazed that a talking head on a mainstream news station would even acknowledge this.  There concentration seems to be always on distorting the truth instead of reporting the truth.

Oh my, I LOVE these stories. There are always so many negative stories, we need more of this.  Great parenting, special kids!  

We need more of that kind of parenting, Kathy, for sure! Most young children's hearts are pure and equipped with a giving spirit in the beginning. It must be nurtured and reinforced as they grow!

I love the part of the story about kids leaving some of their candy for the neighbor's son.
