Hello Jeff - once again, I'm confused. It seems I am forever foggy thinking is it crystal ball cleaning or clearing? 🌁🐸🛁
Some crystal balls Michael are very foggy as used by Nostradamus. I expect my crystal ball to be clearer than Nosty's. Jeff
1. Mortgage rates will be headed downward. FED announcements hinted and will we have a new FED chairman or existing FED taking action? Increase home demand.
2. Stock Portfilios Up: Stock market record was reached the day after the election was over will lead to some buyers feeling richer and more money for a down payment. Will drive up demand for homes.
3. US Energy Expansion and Jobs: Jobs created by expanded oil drilling natural gas harvesting and resumption of Keystone and other pipe lines and reduction in regulations for drilling and fracking will encourage real estate. Jobs increase demand for homes.
4. Energy and gas and oil costs Decline and Slows Inflation: Lower fuel costs of delivering goods will will affect family grocery costs and affordability of real estate and home buyers considering perimeter homes with a longer commute
5. More condos, townhomes and patio homes being built- Builders seek way for more affordable homes. Help to first time home buyers
6. More American manufacturers and Foreign Manufacturers seek US factories: Keeping and building factories in US with favorable business tax rates and incentives from US to build factories here rather than in Mexico and Asia. More jobs means more home buyers.
