Sun Valley, California Homes Sales & Values Report October Of 2024

On November 6, 2024, Realtor.com reported that in Sun Valley, California median list price was $899,000 in October of 2024 down from $949,800 in September of 2024, but rose 9.0% from $814,500 in October of 2023. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $855,000 in October of 2024, jumped 13.0% from October of 2023 in Sun Valley, California.

Houses stayed 42.00 days in the market in October of 2024 down from 43.00 days in September of 2024, and decreased from 81.00 days in October of 2023 in Sun Valley, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $851.00 in October of 2024 dropped from $629.00 in September of 2024, and lower 3.0% from $596.00 in October of 2023 in Sun Valley, California.

John Pusa  great report now with that said, there is always market fluctuations on price point in my market as well. Especially if there are fewer sales the numbers can be varied if a larger priced sells the numbers will be higher, vs it the sale price is lower...well you know, Endre

Sun Valley sounds like it would be a nice place to call home and being that prices are under $1 million, it seems affordable for your area as well, haha.
