Weekly Housing Trends For November 2, 2024.

On November 7, 2024, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending November 2, 2024.

Total available listings jumped 26.6% for the week ending November 2, 2024, from the same period of time in November of 2023.

Time on the market increased 8 days for the week ending November 2, 2024, from the same period of time in November of 2023.

Median listing prices decreased 0.7% for the week ending November 2, 2024, from the same period of time in November of 2023.

New listing in the market higher 4.6% for the week ending November 2, 2024,  from the same period of time in November of 2023.

Yes inventory is increasing clearly nationwide but in our local market as well and my take is that is not a bad thing, Endre

The trends are interesting!  I hope that if Endre Barath, Jr. ever stumbles upon the money he thinks I have that he won't keep it for himself and he will return it to me, haha.
