What a game! Yesterday, three friends and I headed to Cover 3 to watch Texas take on Florida, and let me tell you—it was electric! We kicked off the morning with their delicious brunch, and of course, we couldn’t resist their DIY drink bars. Whether you’re team Bloody Mary or Mimosa, they’ve got you covered! I loaded up my Bloody Mary with shrimp, bacon, olives, and a dash of horseradish for that perfect kick. If you’re more into the bubbly, their Mimosa bar has it all—pineapple, watermelon, raspberries, and more. Pure brunch heaven!

We reserved a prime table right in front of one of the massive screens. The place was packed with a sea of burnt orange, and the energy was contagious. Florida just couldn’t keep up as our Longhorns dominated, handing them their season’s worst defeat with an incredible 49-17 blowout! The crowd went wild with every touchdown. There’s nothing quite like cheering on Texas with a room full of die-hard fans!

To top it all off, we ended the day in style at Bartlett’s, toasting to the victory with Lemon Drop Martinis. It was the perfect way to celebrate a huge win and wrap up an unforgettable day. |
